Oscar has been with the EC since it began in 2000.
He is a prolific visual artist, as well as an avid performer.
If you give Oscar materials, he will make art. His painting style is well admired. Oscar sometimes works on several projects at a time, exploring the same concept, shape, palette repeatedly. He intuitively approaches new media, in the same way he works with familiar media.
Oscar, along with his art, is a cornerstone of the Enrichment Center.
