ABOUT

The Enrichment Center (EC) is a visual and performing arts-based adult day program of the Merced County Arts Council that opened its studio in the late summer of 2000. The EC is located on the Third Floor of The Multicultural Arts Center (The MAC) in Downtown Merced.

The EC provides a forum for exploration, practice + study, in the arts for artists with developmental disabilities, offering studio practice, workshops and arts-based community options.

All the artists attending program plan their schedule and program experience signing-up for 13-week sessions of workshops and studios.

The EC is committed to providing a challenging, high quality arts program that inspires and nurtures the growth of local artists with developmental disabilities in Merced County.

The EC is licensed by the State of California, Department of Social Services-Community Care Licensing Division. The EC is a vendor for the Central Valley Regional Center.
