Merced County Arts Council, Inc.

The Arts Council’s mission is to inspire and nurture the arts in Merced County.

The Enrichment Center is a program of the Merced County Arts Council, Inc. The EC is also a vendor for Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC) meaning artists wanting to enroll to the program must be receiving services from CVRC Case Management.

The Arts Council also offers a variety of county-wide art programs for children and adults + gallery/studio space at the Multicultural Arts Center (MAC) which can be viewed on their website.

The EC Artists directly benefit from being located at The MAC with access to the galleries as an audience, exhibiting in collaborative and solo shows as artists and interacting with different arts organizations whose base is also The MAC.

EC Artists taking time at the end of their studio time to visit the galleries, here two of the EC Artists work together to judge the MCAC Honors High School Show. Placements were announced in February 2020.

The EC Artists join collaborative exhibits happening at The MAC such as the Dia de los Muertos Exhibit.
