Denise joined the EC in 2011.

She is both a visual and performing artist. She paints in a standing position, her entire body moving to whatever music she is listening to.  She stops painting just long enough to put her arms up, step back and get into the groove, and then steps back to the painting.

Denise’s drawings are a story of people, both real and imaginary, and how they intersect her life and the lives of each other.  Everyone is connected. The energy of her drawings flows naturally, drawing the eye to every part of the paper.

In performance, Denise is a powerhouse.  She has a strong, husky voice, and so much attitude… combined with her dance moves… she definitely has moves like Jagger.
