Arnold joined the EC in 2012. 

Arnold is a Visual Artist working in color pencils, markers and pastels. He likes drawing his friends, writing their names and other things about them. Over the years Arnold has drawn many subject, his most recent study is of flowers, he often researches the names online, creating a list of each flower with a small sketch on the side to refer to when working. Arnold is able to reproduce the same drawing exactly the same in size and shape, with his flowers he uses this skill to create the same flower in different colors. His visual memory is a skill he uses in his art and other projects.

Arnold also works in ceramic arts, incorporating the themes of his drawings to his ceramics.
